Construction progress & earthwork
Repeatable aerial documentation and, where scoped, volume/earthwork support — so the project team shares one dated record of the site.
- The problem
- Sites move fast. Photo folders do not create a durable, comparable record or quantity insight for earthwork, pads, or vertical progress.
- Who it's for
- General contractors, project managers, owners’ reps, and earthwork stakeholders across PNW commercial sites.
What we deliver
A progress program: repeatable flights, consistent framing, dated deliverable packages. Volumetric analysis (stockpiles, cut/fill support) when the site and method support it — scoped explicitly, never implied by a pretty ortho.
Typical outputs
- Dated orthos and/or still sets
- Progress series for comparison
- Volume / earthwork outputs when scoped
Full formats menu: Deliverables. Packages are priced per project. There is no published rate card.
Honest notes
- Volumetric accuracy and software workflow (Civil 3D, etc.) are confirmed per site — no generic tolerance on the marketing site.
- Weather in the PNW is a schedule input, not an afterthought.
Volumes / earthwork
Stockpile and cut/fill support is offered when the site, method, and receiving software support it. We will not publish a generic volumetric tolerance or RMSE. Tell us the software environment (Civil 3D, etc.) on the quote form.
